Hey There!
I’m Sarah and I’m so glad to meet you! If you’re curious who we are, and what we’re all about you’re in the right spot, so read on!
I married the love of my life, Zach, in 2016, and we have two beautiful daughters, Emily and Meredith. We live in the North Houston area, but have big dreams to travel the world. Along with Emily and Meredith, we have two fur babies, Granger and Cali! You’ll most likely find all of us at home spending time as a family or on the couch watching Netflix after the girls go to sleep! Some other things you should know about me is that I love Trader Joe’s dark chocolate peanut butter cups, all Italian food, and spending quality time with the people I love. When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me redecorating my house with things from target or filling my closet with clothes from Carly Jean Los Angles.
Our story
Zach and I met at summer camp and we both knew pretty quickly that there was something more than just friendship in store for us. We dated long-distance all throughout college and got married right after graduation. I know it sounds cliche, but our wedding day was truly the best day ever! We bought our first house on our one year anniversary and have loved getting to settle in and make it our own! We have grand plans to make changes and improvements- but let’s be honest, we’re not Chip and Joanna Gaines- even though we want to be. In March 2020 we welcomed Emily Adeline into our family and in November 2021 we welcomed Meredith Ann!. When we are not soaking up time with our girls, we also love to travel! We went to Belize for our honeymoon, took a trip to London and Paris in 2018, one to Ireland and Scotland in 2019, and we have dreams to travel to Italy, Germany, and beyond!

The heart behind szp
I started pursuing photography on what seemed like a whim, but I don’t think it was a coincidence. For both of us, it has always been about people- serving and loving others. We never would have thought that we’d be doing that through photography, but I think that is why we love it- because for us, being wedding photographers is not just about taking pretty pictures, but about the people in those pictures! We love serving others by capturing moments that are meaningful to them. We believe that pictures are timeless - they tell us something about who we are and what’s important to us long after those moments have passed. Even more than all that, we think the best part of this job is getting to build relationships with incredible people and we’d love the chance to get to know you!
